Ultra Electronics, TCS’ Receives $3.9M Contract Award from Canadian Forces for Band IV Radios

May 27, 2014 - Montreal, Canada — Ultra Electronics, TCS is pleased to announce that it has received an order from Public Works & Government Services Canada for a quantity of 60 Band IV Radio Frequency Units (RFU) along with antennas and other ancillaries for the Canadian Forces.


The new Band IV RFU will provide high throughput at long range line-of-site communication equipment completing the Canadian Forces’ multiband transportable kits already capable of Band I and Band III operation.
The total value of the contract is $3.9M CDN and all deliveries are expected to be completed before the end of 2014.
